Orders and Payments

1. All orders must be prepaid.
2. You pay all payment (Products prices and shipping costs)  within 7 days of the arrival of invoice from us.
3. We accept Stripe and Bank Transfer. Stripe is online payment system via credit card.
4. If you wish to make a wire transfer, you contact us before ordering on checkout page.You pays a fee for the remittance.Charges and shipping charges can be transferred to a bank account. The total amount including shipping cost will be notified by email after ordering, so please pay the amount stated in the shipping cost confirmation email. At that time, please fill in the order ID and the name of the orderer in the transferee field. I will send it out after confirming the payment.The transfer destination is described on the next page. 5. With regard to shipping costs, Once your order has arrived at us, we will check for stock and we will email you the total amount of shipping costs. After we received your order, and we measure the weight, including the packaging in our shop, we inform you by e-mail separately. After that, you pay the shipping costs. Because there are many combinations of shipping and delivery areas, so it is not displayed on checkout page. Therefore, on checkout page, you pay only the product price .
6. If you are concerned about the total cost of the products and shipping costs, you can order from the contact form or shop☆nyanta-miya.com (☆→@). In the case, We will inform you of the total amount by email and we will send you a billing email via Stripe or a billing email of transfer destination.
7.  If it is found that products can not be exported after your order, we will treat as canceled by customer’s reason.
8. If you do not receive the email about shipping costs or about acceptance of order, please let us know from the contact form or shop☆nyanta-miya.com (☆→@).
9. It may take a separate tariff regarding import. In that case, it will be borne by the customer.Here is Please pay directly to the shipping company or customs.

Completion Times
A part of items usually takes 2-11 weeks, depending on specification of products. You can confirm the expected completion time in receipt of your order. However, all products handcrafted by artisans or artists can be delayed. Please contact us if you want to know in advance about the forecast of delivery date. If you purchase our “In-stock items”, it means we have them in our store and they will be shipped out within only a few days after purchase.

Shipping

1. You are responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges related to your online purchases.
2.  All items will be shipped from Japan.
3. You will be notified by email of shipping advices.
4. In overseas delivery, in our shop usually, we overseas delivery at the post office EMS.
5. In advance, you must check at your own risk  at the sites below whether EMS services are available in the importing country, and whether it can be imported into the destination country.

6. If you want to know in advance the approximate shipping cost, you contact us from the contact form.
7. Items for shipment to countries outside of Japan may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are not collected as part of your purchase from Nyanta Miya. Please consult your postal service for information on the fees that apply to your country.

Customs & Duty

1. It may take a separate tariff. In that case, it will be borne by the customer.

   Since defined by the delivery destination of the country is different, more information, please contact us to the destination customs.
2. International orders may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival in your country. Any customs for the items are the responsibility of the customer. If you are not sure whether your order will clear customs or how much the tariff would be, you contact an appropriate agency in your country before you place an order.
3. Before placing an order with us, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check if the goods or their materials are not subject to import restrictions in your country.
4. We do not check whether each product is subject to import restrictions in each importing country.
5. Since defined by the delivery destination of the country is different, more information, you contact to the destination customs.

Retuns
No returns will be accepted other than correction of errors.

Cancel

1. In case of cancellation due to your personal circumstances, we will refund the amount excluding the settlement fee ５％ (and shipping fee in the case of after shipment). In case of cancellation due to our circumstances, such as out of stock, we will refund the full amount.
2. Custom-made products can not be cancelled. There is no refund.

Limitation of liability

1. Nyanta Miya shall not be liable for any all loss or damage suffered by you in excess of the contract price(The upper limit is the product price or 100,000 yen, whichever is smaller.).
2. Nyanta Miya  do not take any responsibility for contamination or accidents caused by the responsibility(intention or negligence) of the user.
3. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to limit or exclude the liability of Nyanta Miya for death or personal injury as a result of Nyanta Miya’s negligence or that of its employees or agents.
4. Since almost products are handmade, they may differ slightly from the sample photos.  You can not argue about subtle differences.
5. Because the color depends on the display, it may differ slightly from the sample photo. We can not discuss subtle differences.
6. The buyer is responsible if the product does not arrive due to import restrictions in the importing country.

Severability
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.

Governing law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Utsunomiya District Court, Japan.
